MATS AND GLASS :

• Mats or borders are used to not only enhance art but to protect work from adhering to glass.
• Thus destroying or altering art if glass or moisture press onto the art or photo etc.
• These are available in many colours,styles,textures and ph content with everyday usage up to archieval and museum conservation quality.
• Glass spacers are used when no mat is required, glass can be kept off picture using a clear glass spacer that is not seen.

GLAZING :

• Clear Glass - image clarity, no ultra violet filtering
• Non Reflective - creating light diffusion and minimizes reflection.
• 97% Ultra Violet - uv can be harmful to art, causing fading and embrittlement,this glass filter 97% of UV rays.
• Perspex - for protection from impact or when glass is a danger or weight is an issue.
